There are many parking places in Dubai. The choice is wide: you can park on the street, in an underground car park or in an open car park. The nearest car parks can always be found on the map. It is important to remember that you are responsible for any fines that you may be issued for illegal parking. Therefore, before leaving your car, carefully study the signs and parking rules in the area.

When renting a car, remember that the daily mileage limit is 300 km. If you exceed this limit, an additional fee will be charged for each kilometer over the limit, the amount of which depends on the model of the rented car.

You can only use a rented car in the UAE.

When renting a car from Fresh X Rent, you will receive full insurance coverage, a certain mileage limit, free delivery of the car to the places you specify, and 24/7 technical support. The car is provided without a deposit with a full tank of gas, and you will also be provided with a free child seat (if necessary) and roadside assistance in case of a breakdown or accident. Fuel costs after you use up the gas initially poured into the tank are not included in the rental price. You will have to pay for refueling yourself as needed. Otherwise, the service package includes comprehensive service and comfort throughout the rental period.

Luxury car hire in Dubai always includes an insurance policy. This is a mandatory requirement of the Dubai RTA. When you rent a VIP car in Dubai, you automatically receive insurance coverage that compensates for damage to your car caused by third parties. Please note that this coverage does not usually cover damage caused by your fault.

If you have an accident in Dubai, contact your personal manager immediately. He will instruct you on further steps, which may include calling emergency services, collecting information about the incident, interacting with the insurance company, and legal assistance. In any case, calmness and composure are your best assistants in such a situation.
